Welcome to Sehat Potli ("Sehat Potli", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sehatpotli.in (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Sehat Potli sells premium dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and related products online.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You may browse the Site without an account, but an account is required to place an order.
You can register using your email address (with OTP verification) or via Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and placing orders.
4. Products and Pricing
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for representation purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
Weights and quantities are as stated on the product listing at the time of order.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g. in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation on the Site and/or via email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage prior to dispatch, with a full refund where payment has already been made.
6. Payment
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid online payment (via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay), subject to availability for a given order or product.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for all products, locations, or order values, at our discretion.
For prepaid orders, payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via our logistics partners once processed and packed.
Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Site and at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order yourself from your account, free of charge, at any time before it has been dispatched (i.e. while the order status is "Confirmed").
Once an order has been dispatched, self-cancellation is no longer available; please contact our support team, and cancellation will be handled at our discretion, subject to the shipment's status with the courier.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.
9. Returns, Replacement, and Refunds
As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g. "changed my mind," taste preference, etc.), in the interest of hygiene and food safety.
If you receive a damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect product, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to request a replacement or refund.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sehat Potli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services for payments (Razorpay), logistics (Shiprocket and courier partners), and communications (email/SMS providers). Your use of these services in connection with your order is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
